Cigarrest billed me for shipping and handling, then a month later $99.85 for the second 90 day supply which I never received. I called and canceled my account (via automation) but they never did so. A month later they billed me for another $99.85. I hurried canceled my credit card account number and requested a new number. The bank said no one can bill my account now without my giving them my new account number.
This company is dishonest and should be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission.
