Zeno is supposedly the answer to all acne problems, when used early and often. If that were true, I would have gladly paid the $185 for the unit and one replacement tip. The problem is that it does absolutely nothing. It produces a little low level heat and makes some beeping sounds every now and then that sound like poor sound effects from a 1960's sci fi movie, but as a true medical device, this thing is a hoax.
I bought mine at Walgreen's and they gladly refunded my money. Furthermore, they admitted that they get several back a week because "they really don't do anything".
This thing is bogus and the company is preying on people who are seriously seeking a way to minimize breakouts and control acne.
