I listened to Kevin trudeau for about an hour and was very excited to get the book and I got. Everything I read, already knew. Alot of his ideas are not practical at all. It is always refer to the website and that was worse. They want money of course. He is very good at lying. I'll give him that. His weight loss program is not helpful. Everything he mentions is very expensive.
