I ordered a 50% Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale). I read the directions that are found on www.bestskinpeel.com and the directions that came with Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel. I followed the directions exactly & I at first diluted. 5 oz of the solution with half purified water to try it out on my face at 25% strength, when nothing happened, I didn't even feel a tingle or peel, I used the solution at the full 50% strength. Again NOTHING HAPPENED, NO REDNESS, NO TINGLE, NO PEELING, And NO RESULTS!
Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel company (MD Wholesale) says at this strength (50%) it is concentrated medical grade TCA Peel (medium to deep skin peel). The www.bestskinpeel.com website says it is 100% Guaranteed. They also don't recommend it for darker skin tones, I am Caucasian, and so it should've done something. The product didn't do anything, i think i was shipped water. I wanted to receive full refund; this is not fare to pay for item plus shipping on a fake item. The total was $24.99 $9.99 Shipping
I purchased the item on March 29 for $34.98 via Pay Pal. I tried emailing the email address on the website with the same issue, within 30days of purchase date from Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale), with NO RESPONSE. So on 4/28/07 I opened a complaint via Pay Pal with no response, again, (I left messages in Papal complaint) so on 5/9/07 I escalated complaint to dispute, with no response, again! Papal closed the case, because they don't deal with "quality" issues, only shipping issues. I emailed Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale) again, still no response!
Then I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau and Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale) just replied with a disclaimer saying "The product is offered for informational purposes only and we do not guarantee any results as results are unique to each individual and we cannot oversee or control how it is applied." and so on. Basically saying "we know it doesn't work but if you want to buy it go ahead, oh ya, and we won't refund you either even though its 100% guarateed" Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale) says they can't control how its applied, well, I put it on at full strength so there was no "control" issues.
Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale) also said "What is probably the matter here is the customer had and used the product for almost 2 months and now would like a refund so they can basically have a free item." But I was willing to send the item back with the unused portion which was about 85% full or more, I just don't want Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale) getting away with this SCAM RIP-OFF. It was only $35.00 I wouldn't go to this extent for $35 I am doing it so Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale) is put to a stop.
Please don't buy from Esthetician's Choice TCA chemical skin peel from www.bestskinpeel.com (MD Wholesale) and stop these people from selling a product that is a scam. Thanks!
