Sent wrong items, items broken, double charged, Ripoff

I ordered some supplements online from global-supplements.com last december.

PROBLEM 1 - One bottle was broken (glass bottle not packaged properly in envelop),

PROBLEM 2 - Bottle of "ultra-woman" arrived instead of the "ultra-man" that I had ordered. The invoice even stated "ultra-man".

PROBLEM 3 - I was charged one ammount of 179.50, then another of 195.70 imediatly after. It seems to me that the wrong amount was charged, then they entered in the correct amount and didn't refund the wrong amount. I tried to resolve this via email (they responded to 6 of my emails, didn't respond to 2).

The company seems really unprofessional and unorganized. Nothing was resolved or answered.
