We've been screwed so many times with contact lens rebate ripoffs that we're finally coming here. You know the drill: We sent in the form and proofs of purchase, kept photocopies of everything, and now the company says they have no record.
We've been through similar things with Cooper Vision. What is it with contact lens companies? Does the industry naturally draw scam artists?
I've always thought class action suits were ways to make lawyers rich. But now I'm beginning to see their point. Sleazy companies need to be held to account in some way.
