Ripoff sub-standard unprofessional service Does not follow their own contracts

I entered into a contract with National Home Trainers and had problems from the beginning. The trainers were either not certified or crazy (one trainer professed to being a Sunni Muslim and went on to tell me how Americans and US government were barbaric).

When I asked to terminate the contract (after 2 1/2 weeks), I was told that even though I got a discount I would have to pay 20 percent of the orginial fee (which I was not aware of). After a week with no phone call, I called them and was told that I would not be getting my money back.
