Taken signature by misrepresenting fraudulent billing Ripoff Brampton ontario

I go there to check the deals. Receptionist show me the club. She ask me for the physical assesment that doctor will check me and you have to book appointment with the club 's doctor to do some special exercises for this we will charge you extra $100. The she ask for signature and tiik $20 or 22. That time I was thinking that she is chargeing advance for thr doc's appointment. When I came back I changed my mind not to join the club. I informed the REGENCY FITNESS & RACQUETS CLUB that I have changed my mind I'm not intrested to join the club, but they keep sending me bill. Now they send it to some lawyer and they ask me to pay $1374.14 otherwise they will send it credit bearu. I'm not go there a single day now they dishonestly billed me now I'm in abig trouble
