I would be very happy to send the email exchanges that I had with this company as proof of my complaint. I ordered several samples at the cost of $6.00 to $7.00 dollars a piece. I recieved enough in each container for one use, possibly two, but that was "sort of" stated at their site... Disappointing, at $6.-$7. Dollars a sample, but not the major issue. The complaint is that I was actually sent a completely empty container that I paid seven dollars for! The product was called "Dew Drops" and upon receiving it I immediately contacted the company... The response I ultimately received from Patricia at Anna Bellina was that it must have been an oversight on their part, and since they are a small company and don't care to pay the extra shipping, that when I order my "full size" products she would add it to the order. First of all, I paid for something I never received and secondly, having never tried the products I had no idea if I was going to order a full size anything! Obviously the fact that I spent my money, and paid for shipping for an empty container is not her problem. This is insane and frankly, it concerns me that she would even have my cc information if this is how she does business.
