Called in to pay my med bill, company said computer was down, approved to run card 11-3-06, they ran card 11-20-06, then SD IT WAS MY FAULT ripoff

This is ridiculous, this company claims their computer system was down for 17 days and before making an attemp to contact me before running the card that i authorized to run 11-3-06 they went ahead and ran the card 17 days after approval and then the mgr said" maybe u should manage your checking account better"
