I cancelled my membership at the location in seattle in but for some reason, my request is not on file with the home office. As a result 24-hour fitness charged me for months when I was not attending the club, then refused to reimburse me in anyway.
If you did business with this company, make sure you keep all documentation and by all means, do not give them your credit card information. They will charge and charge and charge.
Save yourself some trouble and don't even enroll in anyway at this business.
