On August 10 I made a purchase from Sunset Pharmacy for Phentermine. Within record time my order was approved, processed and shipped within approx 5 min, which I still have copies of all transmissions sent to/from. When I received my order along with 2 other co-workers. My co-workers had ordered from there before so I felt that it was ok to order from there as well. After a few days I realized that there was no way a 90 day supply in the bottle and began to count. I was correct! They had only sent me a 60 day supply. Upon returning to work the next day, I told my co-workers to check theirs and one had also only been sent a 60 day supply.
I sent several e-mails to the [email protected] address and NEVER got a response. I call BOTH 800 #'s and was put on hold 3 times for over 20 minutes. I was extrememly angry when the 4th time I called they asked for my name and... Poof... I was disconnected. How convienent for them. Since then I faxed a letter to the fax # of 305-994-1808 and... I know this will shock you... NEVER got a respone that way either. So when I stumbled across this site I thought this was a very good way of informing the public of some LESS THAN ethical customer service. I have contacted my attorney who has advised me to file fraudlent charges against Sunset Pharmacy and EVERYONE connected to them. Call me naive, but I thought I might give them one last chance to make things right. Ball is in their court now.
