2 friends and myself ordered 3 bottles of the liquid hoodia online from Strictly Health. We ordered this over 3 weeks ago. The money was taken out our account within 2 days but, we still have not received anything from the company.
We have emailed them multiple times and got a response once stating that the post office should receive the package within the next couple of days that was over 2 weeks ago. I sent another email about a week ago explaining the problem and was told that they would investigate the situation. I have not heard anything else from the company since. I emailed them again threatening to report them to usacomplaints.com and the BBB if I did not hear from them that day.
We have also tried calling the company on their 800 number several times and always get a general voicemail box. Even when you try to talk to someone in customer service it is a general voicemail box. I have never seen a huge company with a customer service department send you to a voicemail box. It seems very strange. I have looked on Florida's BBB and Delaware's BBB where the company has a unsatisfacory rating with both.
I can't believe how dishonest these people are and unprofessional. I don't understand how they are still open. They are stealing money from innocent consumers. This is illegal and the fact that this business is still running baffles me. I have a child and I dont have a lot of extra money laying around to just give away. This company has stolen from me and my family and they should be ashamed of themselves. I can't imagine how many other people have been affected. DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
