My spouse made a verbal notice the Curves Women's Fitness facility at the above listed address that she was no longer financially able to use their services and quit the club. Then this morning we checked our account and found they had debitted it. Mind of course that my spouse has not used the services at this facility in over a month. When we inquired as to why this was done, we were told it was basically a communication error between the employees there. So, due to this lack of attention to details and carelessness we are out about $70.00. And to make matters worse, we are being told we cannot get the money back.
This is unacceptable, we work very hard for our money and it cannot be tolerated that the actions of one employee has led to this, it is not fair to the others who use the facility. What guidance can be given in such a situation?
