While doing a survey trying to earn some extra money, I signed up for a sample of White Overnite and was only informes of the $3.95 shipping charges that would apply. Even after I received the sample I checked the paperwork which came with it, and even went back to the web site to verify if there was anything I needed to do as far as cancelling so I would not be charged for any other shipments. There was nothing in the paperwork or on the site that stated there were additional charges.
I however have received three additional shipments for 106.90 each. I returned the last two but have not received a credit for this product.
Their web site states to get a hold of them in the most timely manner to e-mail them. I have done that multiple times and have gotten no response at all. I then called the distribution center and the customer service agent stated I have only 30 days to call them to cancel if I want to get my money back. She then proceded to state that even though I sent both back I will not receive a refund on one of them because it was outside of 30 days in which I called to cancel.
No where in any of the packages does it state that you must call with in 30 days to cancel if you would like a refund. I will definately be taking action to get all of my money back.
