Rec'd a phone call letting me know my prescription need to be refilled. Was told I just needed to confirm my billing info (stupid, I know!).
CSR said it'd take 7-10 days to receive my order, was given a conf#. It's been 2 weeks, so I called the number on my credit card statement. Was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then disconnected several times.
