Ripoff

I too have fallen for this scam, I cant tell you ow uset this has made me. So I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company and well they were no help. "Disputes of this nature must be resolved directly between the consumer and the merchant" Now what? I refuse to let just be a lessoned learned, should I get my lawyer involved? I have no idea what to do, but i need to do something. Help
