I responded to an Oralbright ad offering a free teeth-whitening kit with my only commitment was payment of $4.87 for shipping. I authorized payment of $4.87 by my credit card, which was charged to my account on Jan. 16. On Feb. 9, Oralbright charged my credit card account $49.95 without my authorization. I contacted my credit card company and Oralbright to complain about the unauthorized charge and it has not been corrected, as of Mar. 23. Unless Oralbright credits my account immediately, I will report this to Federal and State authorities for investigation and prosecution.
