I am a long time customer at Regis I have a wax every two week. I went recently for customer apprirecation days (CAD) and they up there prices didnt tell me about tried to deny it, I paid more than I have ever paid and I had a 20% off coupan and of couse I have left 3 messages witht he regional manger not to be called back. I too didnt get a receipt. They suck im pissed and wont be going back.
