On Nov. 7, I ordered 12 products from Giorgio Milan Skin Care online and on Nov. 8th I was charged $566.47 on my Discover Card for these 12 products by Bayshore Medical of Marion, Illinois. I am unable to find a telephone listing for this company and 5 phone calls to Giorgio Milan Skin Care (617-905-7807) online have resulted in no call backs.
I received a confirmation of my order immediately and a promise of delivery within 2-3 weeks but have received nothing despite constant follow up e-mails. I do often get a standard notice to my e-mails saying that product has been shipped (on Dec 3rd) but nothing is received. Then they promise tracking number but never send it. I get messages from Kristy, Molly and a customer supervisor by name of Chuck Derek but nothing every happens. All lies I guess when nothing happens in 4 more weeks! I think they are just buying time with my money which I have requested back until they can deliver products! I believe this is a fraudulant web site? I have copies of the 14 messages I have sent and I have made 5 phone calls and never had a call back as they promise when you leave name and number. Please help! This is a lot of money for products that never arrived. Thank you.
