When the diet patches didn't work (last December) I sent the packaging back, as requested, for the full money back guarantee. When I didn't receive it, I called and they told me to email [email protected]. There they explained they were having some kind of problem "getting the checks written" and we corresponded a few times about that, but still nothing arrived in the mail.
Assuming it was some kind of fraud and that there was nothing I could do about it, I quit emailing. I just recently found a company apology with a new email address [email protected], and sent my information to them. I'm waiting a reply.
