Tokk payment for goods never received and now fail to respond to emails

I placed an order with this company on August 8th. They took my money but despite repeat emails reassuring me that my goods had been dispatched I have received nothing. I have since requested repayment of my $299 but now have no replies at all made to my repeated requests. The site says that they have over 64000 satisfied customers. Well Liz Hurley (customer manager) and Whitney Ferguson of customer service I am NOT one of them.
