Ripoff They took money from my account without my permission, turning a $4.95 order into a $49.95 order

I had placed an oder with Body by Jake for $4.95 over the net this was supposed to be a one time thing, but the next thing I knew they had taken $49.95 from my bank account, and I can not get anyone to answer their phone to tell them i want my money back.

I got a little box in the mail later, i have not opened it to see what it is, one thing for sure, it is not big enough to be worth $50.00, sorry i don't have a phone # for you, I will have to find it and give it to you later. Thank's
