I ordered prescription medications on April 4th. The so called company (Simply RX) was very prompt in notifying me that order had been received and processed. Later I was notified that order had been shipped.
The amount billed on my credit card was in error and the company was notified, they acknowledged the error and promised to correct. Didn't happen.
Waited several days and I checked on status or order, the company indicated again and again that medications had been shipped. Never received them.
I requested a refund. While the 'support team" had been prompt in responding to past inquiries, since I asked for a refund, I can not reach them for a response.
Unfortunately, this kind of a scam probably affects senior citizens who are trying to get their required medications at a reduced rate.
