My wife was told by the Manager, Adalberto Velazquez that she may cancel her contract within the first 30 days for ANY reason. No problems. After signing up and deciding to cancel they refused saying she had not fulfilled the 12 mandatory visits within the first 30 days.
Due to technical problems and other delays my wife was NEVER issed her Bally ID card and therefore it was never swiped each entry. They have her recorded as NEVER attending yet she was assigned a personal trained whom after two sessions asked to switch to another trainer IN THIS club. She felt the comments the trainer made were inappropriate!
