Ripoff misleading will not respond to e-mails to cancel account Nationwide

This company will not respond to account cancellation attempts there is no other way to contact them except though e-mails and they do not respond at all. I am still being billed $29.95 for a service I do not use. This is a big RIP-OFF!!!
