I havent received my product going 3 mnths. Already

I ordered products such as pure cambogia ultra and pure life cleanse at biotrilabs online. Last october 14. I was advised that i will be recieving my product max of 12 days. Its been more than two months now and when i followed up the customer service they dont even have the information as to when the product will be delivered and what courier was used for shipping. They also give me the tracking no. But it says there that it has already been transported from U.S. I am at lost now and dont know where to get a concrete answer as to what happened to my product.
