I bought this at Cruz Verde Farmacia in November in Chile. It has now stopped working. I tried returning to Cruz Verde but they advised me I had to send to Florida, USA for service. The cost of sending there is not much different then the price I paid for it. Very poor customer service. If you sell it Chile why don't you repair in Chile.
