I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Dentist and hygienist were very inappropiate laughing that I had swallowed most of filling he drilled thru and then needed extraction. Was painful for days afterwards called had infection on a Wednesday and told let them know if it was still a problem the following Monday and then dentist refused to sign FMLA papers staing a "simple" extraction
