I've attempted to gain access to their site to get rid of this so-call automated purchase. Based on what I came across my permit had ended and also the autobill have been ended, but I still had a $98.95 cost on my charge card dated 17 Nov. 2011. Their site doesn't give a phone number - how do you contact them to obtain a reimbursement?
