I obtained a notice stating that my Norton Antivirus plan was closing, and so I did restore it. I had been billed $74.96, that was on April 26th. Soon afterwards I went in to the clinic for heart-surgery and was absent for awhile. After I got my Master Card statement I observe that I had been billed again on May 16th. I don't desire to purchase this twice, if indeed this can be a genuine plan. So what can I actually do about this?
