Efund on MC charge

I've 2 costs on my Mastercard of $16.23 each. Costs on 2/2 on my bank statement and Jan 30, @10.53pm made by the organization.

Additional cost is $16.23 on my bank record from 3/3 and Mar 1 @10.06pm from the organization.

I've no idea what these costs are for and that I do not need them to carry on. I'd prefer to have my money returned to my charge card.

I'm also calling my lender to prevent the costs.
