Charge on cc statement

I bought an expansion of my Norton Antivirus on 2/15 for $54.11 which exhibits on my Credit cc declaration. Nevertheless, there's also a fee for $56.98 charged on same day from DRI Symantic HP CPC. I don't understand what that $56.98 is for and need it taken off my Credit cc cost. Our name is Mike Grain and cost was charged to Credit cc XXXX XXXX XXXX 7404., AND REFERENCE NUMBER IS 2999.
