I had been redirected for this site searching for an Office package. Though I ought to understand better, I allow PayPal deliver them 49.95 to get a plan that I recognize is free, after which recognized there is no more link for download, delivery, Etc.-No verification in the organization.

I'm extremely disappointed with Pay-Pal simply because they should have numerous criticism and really should not allow Paypal clients deliver cash to a clear (today I view it) scam organization. Is PayPal obtaining a kickback? I usually believed PayPal was genuine and ethetical.
