I requested a ffxi bill from these men just like a month before but still haven't obtained my account info. They blocked me from live-chat and maintain providing me exactly the same e-mail answers stating they previously delivered consideration info of course if used to donot obtain to tell them. They've poor customer support and really should be released of company.
