Poor customer service

I've been a person with rcwilley for 14 years. We've purchased furniture, devices, technology floor and etc. We also spend additional to possess anything fitted. After 14 years I'd my first criticism. We invested more than 4,000 bucks on furniture and more than 3,000 bucks for just two televisionis, audio system and wall brackets. We included 150 buck deploy charge for that televisionis. We closed the acceptance type for that deploy when it had been finished. We later weren't pleased with the mount of 1 of itis. I talked with Wally in the corporate workplace to determine if there is something that they might do and he addressed me badly. It generally does not matter howmuch we allocated to our purchases, if we're unhappy using the deploy then there's nothing that they'll do. We needed the task set and wound up spending 200.00 rather than the 150 for that deploy group to return to repair the issue. We also provide a pit within the wall in the first deploy that's also our obligation to repair. It was badly managed by Wally in the corporate workplace and that I intend to shut my consideration and consider my business elsewhere. I'm unhappy, but I'd not need to cope with them again easily had another issue later on.
