Wasted our day

We called them to request a review of the showroom. They informed us it would be an hour and half sales thing, and sent us a key for an opportunity to win a $50,000 home makeover. We used the one day pass, wasted our day (far more than 1 1/2 hours). I even had to let my 18 month old play in their filthy, nasty play area full of broken, dirty toys, because he was bored and did not understand why I would not let him in with the toys (Trust me I cleaned him from head to toe as soon as we left). Oh, and the changing table in the bathroom was just as bad if not worse than the play area. Anyhow, we were interested but needed just a few days to move around some cash to pay the membership in full in cash... THEY ACTUALLY WOULD NOT LET US HAVE A COUPLE DAYS TO DO THIS! We were told now or never, so my husband said NEVER... GOOD BYE! AND that key for the $50,000 homemakeover... What a joke! They would not even take if off the card or give us the card to scratch the area for an extra gift, because we were not signing the papers today. All total bs!
