I'd exactly the same problem using the Roomstore area in the Columbia, doctor shop I would recommend you receive a reimbursement like I did so when you yourself have not obtained your furniture however. Under I detail my terrible ordeaI I'd with that Roomstore area. May say my first purchase of an amusement heart bought in the Roomstore this past year was shipped promptly, with no issues and works good. But I bought a couch in the Roomstore in Columbia, doctor on 9/17 due to my prior good encounter using the roomstore. I purchased this to displace my broken couch. I had been informed from the revenue woman called Susan Quinn (who had been excellent and enjoyable) the couch was on back-order using the producer however they might have one in-stock and sent to me from the end of Sept.incorrect! I named customer support at the start of Oct simply to be informed them wasn't yet in-stock however it could be in-stock and sent to me by Mid-October. Wrong again! I named their customer support delayed last week simply to today be informed they'll not need that couch in-stock till early to mid-November in the earliest and that's not really an assurance.

I called the shipping division on Wednesday 10/19 and was informed my my furniture wouldn't maintain inventory till middle to late-November today. Thursday 10/20 I named the shipping division again and was informed they do not have entry to inform me when a product is likely to be in-stock and that I needed to visit the shop I purchased from to discover that info. I had been informed from the next telephone repetition on Friday the first telephone should not have provided me a Nov shipping day simply because they don't have any use of such data. I visited the Columbia shop on 10/20 and also the salesman looked up my purchase and explained they've 10 of these seats on purchase and that I am # 4 about the waiting list and they'll contain it in-stock by late March in the newest. I had been also informed from the shop salesman he'd no idea where the telephone repetition got a shipping day of middle to late Nov. I told the salesman if my product isn't in-stock by late March as guaranteed they'll be observing me again and that I won't be so good this time around.

I called the shipping division on 10/31 and after being used in a number of different people I had been ultimately used in the Columbia shop where I purchased my couch. Meanwhile I stay athome on the couch that's damaged and it is killing my back. Thats why I purchased a brand new couch within the first place. Barbara informs me I'm # 3 about the waiting list out-of several 13 people waiting. I notice 3 clients waiting in front of me for that same couch within the same shade. The intended Number 1 client continues to be waiting since July 1st due to their couch. Who makes a person delay a few months for furniture? That's not customer support. But heres where it gets exciting. I visit a client continues to be waiting since March for that same couch and Susan informs me that client hasn't completed spending money on their furnishings yet and thats why they are waiting since Drive and also havenot obtained it nonetheless. I'm informed by Leslie the client waiting since March is last about the waiting list until they pay-off the couch. I also am informed 13 individuals have order exactly the same couch within the same shade as me however they just have 10 on purchase. Who offers more recliners than the things they have on purchase? Particularly if a person continues to be waiting a few months to get theirs. I quit the shop today considering I'd wait another fortnight to determine when the couch comes in. But after resting in my own damaged couch and experiencing only back-pain I will no further delay.

I sent the client commitment division yesterday. Today around 5:30 I obtained a phone from Margo who stated she was the store-manager of the shop in Columbia, doctor. She stated she'd obtained a contact from me detailing how annoyed I'm about my purchase. I show her how annoyed I'm about my experience. I then request basically might have my couch in another shade since my revenue lady Susan Quinn explained the colour I needed was the only real shade which was sold-out. Margo the intended store-manager informs me she cannot change me to a different shade since the Roomstore has gone out of inventory on all furniture-made by Franklin and it has been for all weeks. I am subsequently informed the mfgr that will be Franklin keeps pressing back the day on once they may deliver the Roomstore the things. She claims they've no furniture-made by Franklin instock. She subsequently provides me the ground design in a reduced price of $50 down. For several my difficulty and trouble all I'm provided is $50 down. Really? I do want to purchase A BRAND NEW seat not really a APPLIED floor-model. Who would go to a shop thinking about purchasing a floor-model? Additionally why don't you tell me-up entrance they are sold-out on all furniture-made by Franklin? Further evidence the Roomstore is just out to create a purchase and does not worry about their clients.

I visited the Roomstore on RT. 40 in Catonsville, doctor on 11/1 to determine the things they might say concerning the my couch. I had been informed the couch wouldn't maintain inventory till late Dec or early Jan in the very earliest. I returned towards the Columbia, doctor shop and Margo prepared my reimbursement on 11/1 after I decliner floor-model or another couch. Ideally reimbursement comes quickly. DON'T SHOP IN THE ROOMSTORE SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY LIE ABOUT WHILE ITEMS WILL BE IN STOCK TO OBTAIN A PURCHASE! They simply dropped a person that weam confident they do not worry about.
