Buyers beware!

We requested a couch, a seat along with a coffee-table 1st week of July. Because the couch and also the seat are special-order we decided to delay 8- 10 months to reach and stated they'll simply provide the coffee-table with the couch and seat the moment it comes. Nevertheless, we currently got the couch and seat although not the coffeetable. The main reason, it had been back-ordered.

How will you back-order a low-special-order product coffee-table for nearly a few months? They stated they put the purchase for that coffee-table in July. But we weren't educated this is back-ordered, we had a need to contact them following the couch and also the seat continues to be shipped before they reveal this is back ordered as well as difficult people to simply stop the purchase.
