I purchased an expesive shiatsu massage chair in May in the shop within the Mall of America in Minneapolis. Baught the warranty for repairs. After two times, I came across the seat was lacking a cell that triggered the backrest to rip. That induced harm to the system evoking the seat to crash. Required restoration in mid-april. Fix arrived June 23rd. Did not repair the problem. Simply called 7/8. They understood concerning the problem, but no components were requested. I wonder if this factor is likely to be set prior to the first-year useful. Main point here, do not get from Brookstone. The hastle is not worh it!
