My partner and that I went searching for a brand new bed. We were happy using the choice and support in the Raymour and Flanigan in Freehold. The issue was using the delivery and also the customer support department after shipping. Exactly what a NIGHT-MARE! To start with the motorists served as though these were not able to talk any language (how are they driving and just how did they get careers?) next they'd NO resources to setup the furiture... Lastly they place a pit in my own wall and roof after which attempted at hand me a $20 bill and explained to visit Homedepot. The client service department called me for their chef who had been therefore UNPLEASANT that I hung-up on him and called back customer support. They (the organization) DID NOTHING! Our bad salesperson did attempt but he was alone that created an attempt to assist us. The organization NEVER paid to obtain the openings in my own wall or roof set, that charge me nearly $300. Long story short... I really like the bed, liked the knowledge within the shop... BUT-DON'T USE THEIR SHIPPING should you enjoy their item look for a diverse method to have it into your house since their shipping department and customer support SMELLS!
