Very unhappy with the quality of the construction

Purchased some new furniture there and incredibly disappointed using the quality of the building. Exhausted to obtain a reimbursement plus they weren't thinking about gearing my criticism.

I really hope the Boss of the organization views my criticism below and really wants to assist me with my issue.
