Six months after spending money on a couch, Haverty's calls to setup shipping visit. After many telephone calls and e-mails educating me to become house for shipping in a-4 time period of time on Thursday, I alter my ideas for that week, push 316 miles back early from holiday since I want the couch. On Friday morning Havertys calls to express they're altering the shipping day, and not simply with a morning or 2 but before following Thursday! Why? Simply because they just provide to my community (15 kilometers in the shop) on Wednesdays
Our views: If Havertyis is that this unreliable and it has that much neglect for that period of the clients, how poor may their customer support be when there is an issue using the furniture? Despite spending $299 for additional safety. Our guess? Do not rely on them. I truly regret purchasing from Haverty's.
