I purchased two king beds from Havertys plus they began badly loose from day-one and by evening five the bedrooms were a heap of crap. I never had backpain before, but because of poor dropping of the bedrooms I'd back-pain with-in three times after sleeping with this mattress (really I attempted to rest but couldn't!). Named the client care and also the quality-control man got the dimensions and stated the merchandise was faulty and also the customer service wasn't at-all useful regarding a return. Attempted to achieve their manager three times at their shop but wasn't ready to meet up the supervisor. All they supply is just a telephone number that will be never acquired. Lastly delivered a contact for their boss wishing atleast some smart poeple or operating the comapany.
I'd never purchase again out of this shop and truly recommend all one to consider your company some where otherwise.
I'm along the way of receiving back using charge card after which officially delivering a problem with BBB.
