I bought part couch from ScS in Blackburn Lancs. The test couch I examined within the store was well suited for my requirements i.E. Company sitting. The couch was shipped in March 09 & to my dismay I came across the part touch really was sagging and unpleasant. I advised client solutions the next evening who sent an upholsterer who decided with me & stated that it was dwon towards the style i.E. Half is jumped base & another is just a webbed base. I received notice from ScS stating that there is nothing wrong withit & which was all-they might do. I subsequently delivered another notice on customer blows guidance when I had since been back again to shop & the test couch didn't match in quality to mine. I acquired another notice from ScS declaring the issues"aren't production errors & are right down to how a products are now being utilized"!!! Consumer-direct subsequently approached trading requirements on my account & a consultant from trading requirements analyzed the couch in my own house & decided with my reasoning of the standard. She approached HQ who stated that there is nothing wrong withit. The trading requirements worker required that ScS pay half towards the price of an indepenadant upholsterer's statement however they declined to actually do that! I understand need to spend the price of the independent upholsterer's statement myself or take a couch only 50% of which may be applied.
