Still another problem about IKEA. 14 days before I visited IKEA to-order my home. All was planning so nicely; very useful helper, anything could be shipped, etc. The statement found over £200 significantly more than I anticipated but I'dnot understand precisely what cost the double-width worksurface could be thus even though assistant and that I scanned along the order examining the buying price of products - although not the sum total for every products - and anything appeared so as. Conscious of a line developing behind me I chose to examine more athome. This really is after I discovered the error - Mr California had requested 33 plinths for me personally in the place of 3 - sufficient to plinth my whole city! - at an additional expense of £270.

I called ikea instantly and was informed somebody might contact me back - that they did 24 hours later though I had been not pleased once the guy mentioned I'd need to demonstrate to them my paperwork first. I recommended he appeared online as it was an order waiting to become shipped and he'd have all of the info there. He called back, established the error and stated it'd be submitted towards the appropriate office. (not simply fear that expression?)

The next week my credit card statement came; Ikeais total quantity was onto it but no credit. I named the financial institution first to check on it had beennot being prepared. Then I named ikea. They guaranteed to contact me back, that evening or even the next. Nothing. 2 days later I called again. They guaranteed to contact me back later that evening. Nothing. I have examined with my lender again-this day to determine if something has been prepared - number. And so I named IKEA again and also have been informed somebody will-call me back.

Our charge card statement arrives in a few days. This home price £2000 - must have been £270 less! - and that I clear my cards every month and so I do not get charged interest. I DON'T wish to spend the additional £270 and delay another month for my credit.

I'm writing with this panel since IKEA doesn't have criticism division you are able to email or write to. You are able to contact them - plus they may guarantee to contact you back, or you are able to talk online. But I do want to CREATE therefore my complete criticism is drenched.

I've been provided a shipping day but studying the community on Ikea deliveries I'm not keeping my breathing...
