I am currently talking about the Select Comfort Sleep Number sleep. We have had mine for 4 years. We desired to substitute simply the pillowtop (top item that zips down). Nevertheless, we were informed by customer support that people cannot purchase simply the most effective component, that people need to purchase the whole layer and pillowtop having a price of around $700!!! That is absurd. I've spoken to Customer Support many period as well as requested to get a boss but still no break-in cost. I believe their customer support is horrible. They simply wish to tear people off!!
