Don't look at Ethan Allen Furniture shop. It's costly, which is not really a customer support oriented shop. Their support is sluggish, I can not let you know just how long I've waited and waited and waited for calls back, visits, paperwork, etc. And, after I eventually named to keep in touch with the supervisor, her helper stated she was hectic, obviously. And so I expected for many support regarding an order, and described that I needed to ultimately speak with a to connect what was occurring in my experience and just how disappointed I had been. 24 hours later, the helper named me back rather than the supervisor. Evidently, this again demonstrated that clients aren't a higher concern below. This type of person so unorganized that customer support is all-but difficult. No body provides a traveling fudgesicle within this shop. I've hardly ever really had this type of poor encounter everywhere where I've invested so much cash... $10,000. It's incredible that no body from top administration named instantly to apologize, or easy points out or something. Don't store here... And that I have noticed almost all their shops would be the same. The workers are unhappy, the clients are unhappy, individuals are suing them... Also it amazes me they're still running a business. Poor people.
