How easy is it to-order a sectional and coffee-table??? Upon the very first delivery-we observed a processor within the timber of our coffee-table and was informed we are able to maintain it as the alternative had been requested. The sectional appeared good, therefore we believed. The following week the pleasant deliverymen came using what we likely to function as the alternative coffee table. Alternatively it had been another sectional! Confused, we rejected the 2nd sectional and switched the deliverymen away. Once they quit we named customer support (Dorothy) and questioned why we did not get the coffee-table and was informed the reason another sectional was being shipped was since the FIRST one was not scotchguarded (which we settled additional for)!! The possible lack of conversation blew us away! Not once did anybody ever mention the first sectional wasn't scotchguarded!!! When they did we'd have accepted the 2nd shipping! Obviously if somebody is anticipating a coffee-table, but another sofa turns up without clarification, that sofa could be made away. Atleast another week handed and also the NEXT shipping of that which was said to be the coffee-table and recently scotchguarded sectional converted into still another CATASTROPHE! To begin with, the deliverymen didn't possess the coffee table. Which was enough to piss us off-again! We named Dorothy as the deliverymen are there and he or she requested to talk to the motorists straight to request when they truly did not possess the coffee-table, as though we'd lay to her! We believed we were likely to atleast have our fresh sectional shipped that evening aswell, but it'd an enormous damage privately so we didn't take it. Are not these issues said to be analyzed for flaws BEFORE delivery?!?! Therefore today onto the NEXT shipping... Obviously the mess of the team hit again! We ULTIMATELY were left with our alternative coffee-table, however the deliverymen just had ONE portion of our three-piece sectional!!! We're at our wits end with one of these individuals. I am talking about, how difficult could it be to set up a purchase for that proper what to be shipped?!?!?! How DIFFICULT could it be TO SPEAK with clients?!?!?! If Dorothy might have informed us the first sofa wasn't scotchguarded within the first-place, we'd have approved the "shock" minute shipping. Unfortunately to express our terrible "journey" with Simple Existence, Oxnard isn't around. We'd to provide Dorothy a phone AGAIN to ask why the-hell might one-piece of the sectional be shipped as opposed to the total collection. She, like usually, never includes a great solution.
We'd not suggest simple living furniture to the worse opponents! We are able to find more competent people on the part requesting change!
