Haven't received gas cards

I purchased furniture from Furniture & Equipment Mart in Rhineland WI. I've been distributing my bills for my $500 gasoline cards ($25 monthly). However I've not obtained something from freebeegas.com in 5-month. Has anybody attempted to return towards the shop which was providing the payoff plan?
